HIPPS Valves

HIPPS or High Integrity Pressure Protection System is a type of safety instrumented system (SIS) designed to prevent over-pressurisation of a pipeline or plant. It is a barrier between high pressure and low pressure systems. Goodwin Axial HIPPS Valves designed in accordance to IEC 61508.

Choke Valves

Axial Choke Valves are severe service valves designed primarily for oil and gas wellhead application but used in a multitude of other applications such as to regulate downstream pressure in flowlines. They are critical elements in production facilities. Failure or malfunction can seriously affect safety, environment and production rates.

Goodwin Axial Choke Valves utilize “torturous path” technology to dissipate and control the high energy, velocity and turbulence within its trim. The trim is made from solid tungsten carbide trim that will minimize the erosion of critical components. Some key features are axial flow, large flow area, accurate control, high turndown, multi-stage trims, various interchangeable trims, compact installation.
